I recently called over to Ireland to speak with singer/songwriter Stewart Kenny. We had a great conversation about life in Dublin, his influences, and his career as a professional musician. His father had a huge impact on his life, and we talked about how he continues to influence his songwriting today. Stewart starting writing songs at a very young age, and we talked about how his approach has changed over time. We also talked about the internet, and how recent partnerships have made him a very busy man. We also shared stories about being fathers ourselves, and how that plays a major role in our lives. I have a feeling that you are going to hear a lot more about Stewart in the coming weeks and months. He was nice enough to allow me to play two of his songs on this episode. You can hear more of his music at http://soundcloud.com/stewartkenny, and learn more about him at www.indieonair.com. You can also follow him on Twitter (@skenny1982). Enjoy the interview!
