Grace Adele is a
singer/songwriter based in Nashville, TN. I had the opportunity to
meet with her to talk about her life and music. She grew up in
Columbus, Ohio, and started out as a dancer. She had early
aspirations to be a Rockette at Radio City Music Hall, and she told
me about her experiences with auditioning and training to be a part
of that world. Her focus moved on to music and she spent some time
as a backup singer in local bands. From there she focused on
writing her own songs, and released an album in 2009 called "Never
Lost". We spent some time talking about the music scene in
Nashville, and how much she enjoys being on the road. Grace Adele
and the Grand Band will be releasing their album "The Grand
Sessions" on 3/20/12. She was nice enough to allow me to include
two songs from that album on this show! Once you hear them, I know
that you will want the whole album! Learn more at http://www.graceadelemusic.com/home.
Enjoy the interview!
