The Artist Connection Podcast has been offering long form audio interviews with artists from the past, present, and future since 2011. Hear what inspires them to get out of bed each morning and practice the craft that they love. My guests include people that I truly respect from many different backgrounds. Each episode provides a unique mix of music and conversation. Enjoy!
My guest today is Blayne Weaver. He is a writer,
director, and actor based out of NYC. He is also the star of the
movie "Favor". This film is now available on dvd, PPV, iTunes,
Amazon, streaming, etc. I caught it on pay per view and loved it!
It is a modern day classic thriller. The premise is simple; "A
friend helps you move, a good friend helps you move a body." The
trouble starts there. This is the kind of movie where the drama
builds throughout and keeps you guessing. Just when you think you
know where things are headed, it shifts direction. Blayne plays
"Kip". He is a guy that has it all until things go horribly wrong.
See what he does to fix it. I highly encourage you to see the film.
We also talked about his childhood in Bossier City LA, life in NYC
and California, and his voice over work. He has been the classic
voice of Peter Pan since 2002. This guy does it all! Learn more
about him at his IMDB page (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0915814/),
Twitter (https://twitter.com/BlayneWeaver),
and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Blayne-Weaver/286196798256).
Additional info on Favor can be found atwww.favormovie.com. If you reach out to Blayne please let him know
that you heard him here first.
Enjoy!
