Bob Corritore lives and breathes
the blues every day of his life. He is a harp master and advocate
of this amazing art form. He began his life in Chicago, and by the
late 60's was in the clubs watching the masters at work. He shared
so many great stories with me during our conversation. His
harmonica playing is featured on over 50 albums so far, and has
just released a new one with Tail Dragger. It is called "Longtime
Friends in the Blues" and it is available now from the Delta Groove
Music label. Two songs from that album are featured on this
episode. Bob is also a club owner and hosts his own radio show.
This man is the real deal. Learn more about him at http://www.bobcorritore.com/index.html.
I hope to have Bob back on real soon to continue the story.
Enjoy!
