I am very excited to have Lauren Wolf back on
the show! She was first featured back on Episode 083 and the time
was right to catch up. She has been very busy since we last spoke.
The Lauren Wolf Band has just released a new album called "Rise
Up". I have it, and is is fantastic from top to bottom. Lauren told
me all about the work that went into it, as well as the
inspiration behind some of my favorite tracks. She allowed me
to feature three new songs on this episode, and you are going to
love them. There are hints of blues, pop, soul, and even a little
